In another highly publicized case, we received a four million dollar jury verdict for Claire, whose husband, a warehouse foreman, died needlessly because the lift-truck he was driving was dangerously designed. As we do with many of our products cases, we worked closely with the Maine-owned and operated company that employed our client to ensure that the large manufacturer who had sold the company a faulty product was forced to pay for its reckless disregard of accident reports that, if heeded, could have saved our client’s life.
