Christian Foster has been trying cases from Kittery to Caribou for over 22 years. The cornerstone of his practice involves open and honest communication with his clients to develop a close working relationship and teamwork approach as the case or controversy at issue proceeds through the justice system. Christian invests the time necessary to know his clients, to understand what is most important to them, and to lay out an understandable path forward through the legal process to achieve the desired outcome.

“Garmey Law represented me in a medical malpractice case. Terry Garmey and Christian Foster were a formidable team. Their in-depth knowledge and experience in the medical field are extraordinary, as well as their commitment and dedication to my case. They have an excellent, detail-oriented, caring staff who works diligently to obtain what is needed to succeed. I would recommend this team to anyone seriously injured by medical negligence.” Keith B.

Christian’s dedicated approach has enabled him to help thousands of clients and their loved ones piece back their lives after being seriously injured by the intentional or negligent conduct of others. He has a reputation for being tough but fair and routinely obtains some of the highest verdicts and settlements in the State.
