Cape Elizabeth, ME — Garmey Law attorneys Christian Foster and Terry Garmey were recently presenters at the annual Trial Lawyers of Maine convention.
Garmey and Foster taught a section at the Trial Lawyers of Maine convention called Seeing Is Believing: The Use of Video Evidence at Trial.
Due to the COVID -19 pandemic, which has shut down law firms and large gatherings in Portland, the conference was held virtually. Garmey and Foster left the safety of their quarantine to present their knowledge from a studio in downtown Portland. Their section was viewed by hundreds of Maine lawyers watching online. Many attendees commented that it would be one of the most memorable annual events given the COVID curveballs everyone was forced to hit in order to find a way to safely continue the tradition of the trial lawyers’ biggest annual seminar.
